This shop is one of the hidden gems in Bruges. The people working there are extremely helpful and explain the concept of the chocolates before helping you choose. The shape and size of all chocolates is the same and, contrary to many other chocolate houses,...More

It’s difficult for me to find Belgian chocolate I don’t like but I found it here. I bought the chocolate with sea salt, chocolate with strawberry and the small boobies (basically a mini melo cake). The chocolate with strawberry was horrible. I don’t say that...More

Certainly very different from all the other chocolate shops. They will explain the concept when you go in and give you a taste of one of them. Unusual flavours beautifully put together. They taste delicious. Went back for more but shut in Sunday and Monday.

Many of the chocolate shops near the tourist areas use lots of different molds and accessories to go along with their chocolate. BbyB is very minimalistic and modern, and the chocolate speaks for itself. The staff is more than willing to help and give tastes...More

Of all the chocolate shops in Bruges this one seems to have the best thought out concept. Compared to the rest of the shops they have a very modern shop with a sharp focus on combining interesting tastes with chocolate. You won't find any strange...More

Visited in the morning and shop was completely empty. Very modern look. Tasted a dark chocolate salted caramel (babette?) baton. (Number 58). I don't really like salted caramel so didn't choose this one to purchase. Bought a box of small boobies! And 5 small boxes...More
