Great 30 minute tour, it was reasonably priced (€20 for us which was two adults and a child), the tour guide was clear and spoke in English, explaining some tourist sites that was along the beautiful canals. We were only in Bruges for the day...More

We had already been on a horse and carriage tour so this felt a bit superfluous though it was still good. Difficult to hear the guide at the back of the boat so try to sit upfront. It was very cold but still enjoyable.

Took the canal tour , it was well worth it , you get to see so much of the stunning architecture that lines the canal. Guide was great so informative. Fab.

On a cold morning, we had a great boat ride. The guide was really informative and the tour is a great way to see a lot of Brugge in a short time

Decent view of the city on a cold afternoon in Dec 2017. It was well worth the 8 euros...the man driving the boat was pleasant and explained significant landmarks in detail. Only bad point was we had to wait quite a while. The organisers try...More

Bruges is beautiful. Bruges from the boat is equally beautiful! These are small boats but comfortable. I had read some reviews elsewhere saying they get cramped and overfilled by people etc. We didn't see that happening with ours or even the others we came across....More

We went in December and thought we would not be able to get a canal tour because we read they only ran up until October. But we found one of them was still running so we were very pleased to enjoy a canal tour around...More

Lovely way to see the city, though only if the weather is decent. The tour was about 40 mins long which is good, not great. You'll get loads of cracking photos though and it wasn't pricey (around 10euro a head if I remember correctly).

The boat trip was a great way to say goodbye for us to this beautiful city. I quite enjoyed to see buildings from a different side and point of view. However, December is not the best time - it is very cold and when two...More

Sorry for delayed reply. There are at least 3 places to pay/catch a boat and the town is very small so hard to miss them!

They don't take prebookings as far as I know. It's a question of buying a ticket (cash only) and queuing. There are a number of pick up points around Bruges. Google Bootochten Brugge for more info.
