The Library is something else. Go watch and get astonished. The view from the tower is great. Make sure you are not to close to the bells when they ring and take your drink after visiting the tower.

You can have a guided tour to the Bell Tower with carillon. Have a look to the library too. It looks like from Harry Potter.

A couple blocks from the city Hall is the University library and Bell tower, The square in front is impressive (I loved the beetle on the needle statue) Also the hot air balloon.

Lovely building rebuilt twice after both world wars with help from Americans who once appreciated great libraries. It's fun to see the names of colleges and secondary schools that contributed etched on the exterior stone of porch.
