Saint James or Sint Jacob is the same church, A beautiful church inside and out. Its design is Romanesque in the medieval era. It is a catholic church in Ghent.

This church is quite large and has as it's main feature it's two large steeples to the front. I only saw it from the outside but it is open at the weekends to go inside.

Worth walking to. The church is very typical of the dutch/Flemish style with vast open spaces inside. There is a flea market around the outside on certain days of the week.
