A really good value woodland park with well signposted routes which have English interpretive boards. It has some really beautiful caves, some of which require a torch to explore, and a lovely cafe on the river.

Nice easy walk. Great views. One must stop by at a very special bar at the rivrer, even for a beer. We came there fro Brussels on our way to Dinant.

The Roman bath is a must see. Some of the other parts of the fortress are hard to see, but are interesting. The walk is worth taking and has great views. The staff at the entry was very helpful and showed us some of the artifacts that were found in the ruins.

This park has prehistoric caves and a Roman baths (yes indeed, 2000 years old). The Roman baths have been rebuilt from their ruins, so don't expect the original thing. The park and the further surroundings are excellent for walks. If you walk down to the Lesse river, there's a lovely cabin that serves drinks and some food. Unfortunately it is... More

We sure enjoyed our walk in the Parc de Furfooz. We had no idea that there were some Roman ruins in its vicinity. One of these Roman edifices, a Roman bath, had been completely restored. Quite impressive! Our favorite spot is when we took down the stairs to see a view from the hole of the Great Duke (Trou du... More

A park of natural and historical interest! The walk is stunning with views from above, strolls along the river Lesse, caves, different types of limestone, a Roman bath house... I did the tour several times and will do it again.

With e a group of friends we spent some days in the Ardennen - the purpose was to visit some nice nature places and so we had the Parc national de Furfooz on our programm. For those who likes nature and rough walkings... just do it!

We stayed in Furfooz and took a walk through the Parc National. In fact during about 2 hours the walk leads you up and down a steep hill where you can see the remains of a Roman fortress and rebuild Roman baths. Views from up on the valley of the Lesse are breathtakingly beautiful. Walking on the bank of the... More

A nice place to make a walk in the open air. The directions by the path are good enough. I can recommend this park to anyone who wants to go in the nature, but is not quite ready to sweat a lot. We took combined ticket with the Celles-Veves castle. The price was different from what you see on their site,... More
