We already knew their flagship beer "Curtius" and went to see how they brew it. Expert and funny guide who is clearly proud of the "Liege touch", beer is very good, location is great!

This is on the tourist trail. Follow the signs down a small alley to a nice and spacious cafe. Good food and nice service.

We stopped at the end of our day touring around Liège and were pleased with the beer choices and quality. We added a plate of cheeses and bread which became our dinner. Very good service and atmosphere.

One of the nicest spot in Liège (explaining why it is often crowded) ! Good atmosfere and food. However the choice of meals is not big and the plates are quite basic (as it's a brasserie and not a restaurant)

Excellent selection of beers - fewer options for the soft drink brigade. Very pleasant outdoor area and the food looked good. A good place to go if you have been climbing the stairs of the old town and need refreshment.

Well, this definitely is a place worth a visit when visiting Liege and Montagne de Bueren (the stairs) as it is close to it. Good home brew beer, good food, a nice terrace, excellent service (mostly), but.... even though the building is nice and ancient...More
