I love thia cathedral and how they put more modern looking stained glass inside it. When the sun is shinning through it, it looks like heaven. Worth a visit. They have a photo gallery in the hallway which is nice too.

This church is a simple church, like many of them in the region. The roof is really pretty, but the roof of the Sint Jacobus a bit further down the road is even better. Check out the amazing sculpture of Satan at the back of the preaching stand!

This cathedral is one of the more beautiful churches of Liege. Although the outside is in scafholdings, the inside is certainly worth visiting. The building is larger than just the church. The monastery corridor had a free photography exposition. We didn't visit the tresory. Some of the ancient stained glass windows were replaced by modern versions. The original catheral of st Lambert was much bigger, but was distroyed by the people of Liege in the 18th century. In the 19th century this church got the tower of the old cathedral and some other elements too. …
