This brewery tour is self-guided. You get a couple of minutes of introduction from someone who works there, then after that you walk around yourself with information provided in a booklet (we had an English version). Fun to walk around a proper working place, doesn't take a huge amount of time. Different to other brewery tours we have done, firstly... More

And it did not disappoint! 8 euro per person for a 1h15m tour and two tastings (a lambic and then either a gueze or kriek). Wonderful place and wonderful beer.

Either you stop by the brewery to stock up their beer or you go for a self-guided tour followed by beer tasting, it is always a busy place, but with a positive ambience. The place is packed with beer lovers from all around the world. If you ar elucky you might be able to buy some rare bottle which is... More

Not flash but you get everything about Cantillon brewery. Self guided tour, 2 taster beers at end. You can go just to drink beer or go on tour. Very interesting tour well worth the visit. Quite a few American beer geeks there!

Cantillon beers are among the best in Belgium. But I never knew you could visit the brewery. So glad I found out. The location seems strange now, in the very multi cultural area around the old Anderlecht slaughterhouse (great market there by the way!). But in the historic context it makes sense. It's like a relic from hundred years ago...... More

Some of the reviews here are just laughable. If you don't like Lambic beer why go to a place that only brews Lambic beers, and then slate it because you didn't like the beer? DUH! Like vegetarians going to a restaurant with STEAK HOUSE in huge letters above the door giving a poor review because they didn't want steaks. Brouwerij... More

A self-guided tour which costs €7 and included two small sample. The brewery is compact but interesting. You can buy a reasonably priced bottle at the end, however I have visited twice and neither time been able to by the type of Cantillon I wanted-maybe turn up early if you are there for a particularly popular variety. The brewery is... More

Brought my partner to Brussels for a surprise trip away for her birthday. Our fifth trip to Bristol, this time we stayed at the Pullman hotel at Midi station. Looking at what there was near the hotel, I discovered the Cantillon brewery was just a 5 minute walk - it had to be done! We arrived around lunch time to... More

Anyone that has a basic understanding of beer and the process of brewing will be captivated by a visit to Cantillon. It's one of the very few remaining spontaneous fermentation breweries left in Belgium and it produces a limited number of beers for the local market. The brewery is located in a back street quite close to Midi rail station... More

This place takes their beers seriously, its like wine beer, real lambic, all natural, organic process. Loved it, the service was amazing.
