Walking up to the site from the Galerie Royale one has no sense of the scale of the cathedral. It is immense. Construction began in 1225 and continued for 300 years. It has been cleaned and restored and is well worth visiting. The Last Judgement window over the entry door and the wooden Baroque pulpit are highlights.

What an amazing work of art, every angle so picturesque. Not a must see but definitely if you're around, a nice photo opportunity. Beautiful area to relax and park to have a picnic.

Maybe there are just too many cathedrals in Europe, I personally didn't find this one special. The architecture is majestic, and the interior is done to detail. Great view at night with lights. Recommend 30 minutes to 1 hour for pictures and visit.

Beautiful architecture, good place to visit while walking around Brussels. It's near to the city center, so it's easy to get there on feet.

Slight bit of a slog up a little hill. Quite an impressive facade. We couldn't see the whole edifice from the inside since they were saying mass: in French and in Flemish. Must get a bit boring for people who are bilingual in the main Belgian languages. We'll go back for a proper look, I'm sure.

The Cathedral was centrally located and easily accessible. It was very impressive both viewing internally and externally. Entry to the Cathedral was free but donations were welcome. Nice to come and have a look at this Roman Catholic Church.

We visited this cathedral and were struck by its beauty. It was interesting to discover that services were held in different languages at different times and days.

This church is fairly central, of interest to those of religious or / and architectural interests. Impressive, stately, spacious and inspiring contemplation in visitors.
