This gothic cathedral is the royals place for the important events and there are some interesting pictures on the wall showing some of them. The rest of the cathedral is lots of stunning stained glass windows and exquisite carvings. Very interesting.
The most interesting thing about this Cathedral was the carved pulpit. It also had a visually spectacular organ, but not having heard it played, we don't know if its sound matches its appearance
In the upper town, this impressive building which you approach via a series of stairs is an awe-inspiring gothic masterpiece. Inside is a massive oak pulpit, fabulous stained glass windows and beautiful marble tracery everywhere. An absolute must-visit.

Iconic gothic cathedral just steps from the Grand Place. Official church of the royal family. Worth a swing by while wandering Brussels compact center.
One of the main attractions in Brussels. Very imposing structure and if you study the intricate work you can appreciate it better
