You get a beautiful walk while looking out the large wall paintings. Buy a map at the tourist office where the murals are highlighted. Costing 1 euro and is well worth the money.

All over the centre of Brussels, you can see several murals of belgian comic characters (and other interesting ones), which decorate the city and give it an alternative view. I liked al lot the tintin one, being the most well-known and interemporal in Europe.

Brussels is the home of Tintin and to be able to see the large scale mural on the building close to the Mannequin Pee is fun. Nearby there are shops which sell only Tintin memorabilia so you cannot go wrong if this is of interest to you.

Brussels is the home of Tintin and to see a giant mural at the side of the building (near to Mannequin Pee) is very good. Nearby there are shops that specialise in just Tintin memorabilia - what more can you ask?

This was one of my surprises in Brussels. Not only this mural but the street art in general....it was a refreshing surprise. It adds a fresh touch a city with great history and obviously an acceptance to lots of things (this is in the gay area). This city has a huge comic culture. Plenty of shops with plenty of local... I am not a fan of Tintin, but see this beautiful painting is something not common, I suggest to dedicate a walk around to give a close look to them.

It's nice and it's there when you pass by. On the very touristic street towards manneken pis. It's nice if you see it together with all the other murials that are spread out over Brussels.

Nobody can forget Brussels is the Tintin city and because of that you can find several places showing you that. They are very proud of it. Funny and unforgettable for those who have live that wonderful time when we read those comics.
