Popped in here to ask about attraction tickets. Young lady on the desk was extremely helpful and explained in English the main attractions and provided a leaflet marking out directions. Also loaned us a disc to let us use the car park behind the office....More

Really helpful service, a nice lady behind the counter gave us tips and insights, and helped us choose what attractions to visit. She even drew us a map in order to set us straight. The plaza in front of the building is a nice place...More

If YOU wish to discover Waterloo & surrounding areas, start here by all means. No shortage of well presented information & maps (or they used to, we haven't been lately unless our visitors wished to). No sales pushes, just friendly help & loads of ideas.

This Information Centre is really good. The staff have excellent language skills covering several languages amongst them, and are very welcoming and extremely helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. They advised on attractions, transport and even helped me to locate a fairly obscure place...More
