Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The head quarters of the port, this mixture of new and old is loved by some and hated by others. I don't mind it to be honest, although I do get the feeling the new addition overpowers the old building a little. Not many tourists seem to venture this far into the port which is a bit of a shame. We parked on the outskirts and cycled past, discovering the city by bike is actually quite nice and I would recommend it. Apparently you are ablw to visit the reception although it appeared shut when we were there.

The Beautiful Port House. Its a bit of walk from the centre but completely worth it. Best In summer, watching the sun reflect from the glass of the building to hitting the moving water of the river. One of my favourite places to go to get away from all of the hussel of the city.

A must for people interested in architecture. Great view. Don't miss the spot where you can take a photograph of yourself (keep looking up outside)

When I first saw this building rising and growing from the place where I was working, I didn't like it. Even found it ugly.
But when it was finished I went closer by and had to change my opinion completely: what a characteristic, special building on top of a fire station.
Try to make a tour inside, and see the places where people are working.
It must be a joy to work there.
A jewel for the city of Antwerp.

I have always wanted to see this bizarre marriage of old and.. Exreame new. We were 9 of us and we all stood staring this beautiful building. Very impressive, interesting, respectful towards the past.. Daring decision from the municipality of Antwerp to accord this project, as it is audacious but finally.. One of the best architectural Å“uvres I have seem. Chapeau..

Grasshopper or simply the Port of Antwerp is one of the last creations of Zaha Hadid. Very nice to visit at night when the square is lit and you can see the whole beauty of this magnificent wonder of the modern architecture!

Hi. Is the building open for public? We would love to see all the design features inside. Also, is there a guided tour of this building --inside and out? Thank you.

Hallo ich würde ebenfalls gerne eine Tour durchs Hafenhuis buchen - allerdings bekomme ich dazu kaum Informationen online. Was sieht man? Was sind die Inhalte oder Ausstellungsobjekte? Oder geht es ausschließlich um die Architektur?

We will be visiting Antwerp and would like to see the Port House. What is the easiest way to get there without a car from Grote Markt? Right now it seems like a bike rental would be faster than trying to figure out the bus system. Thanks in advance!
