The Dutch parliament is called the 'Tweede Kamer' (second chamber). You can visit the building and sit in on sessions, but there are also guided tours. Or you can use Streetview to stroll through the building digitally.

This is the center of our democracy, and it gives a really powerful feeling to walk through this building, and see the benches where our representatives 'do their thing'. Book a tour!

It is extremely interesting to see the political core of the Netherlands. We took a guided tour with a tourguide who was a mine of information and fully of interesting tidbits to even keep the teenagers happy. Definitely worth taking the time to see.

it is interesting to see the political core of the Netherlands. Public is admitted for free, but I recommend a guided tour (by ProDemos) which last about 30 minutes
