It is what it is a collection of photographs there was nothing of interest to me. The main exhibit was photographs taken in Europe and Japan just after the war it my be of interest to other people.

After our visit to the Gemeentemuseum we went to next door's photo museum. The exhibiton was great and the venue also. Watch our for interesting exhibitions, this is a place to visit.

I have been disappointed in many photomuseums, but not in this one. The temporary exhibition of Werner Bischof is very interesting. Tragic that he died so young in a car crash in Peru.

While the exhibitions might be attractive to visitors who are actively engaged in the field of photography, the exhibitions at the time of my visits sparked little interest in me. My favorite part of the museum was the book selection in the gift shop.

I come here every time the museum changes their installation. Busy at weekends but get there earlier and enjoy breakfast/brunch by the lake in the sun. Highly recommend this attraction (with a museum card)

I went two times and the same impression: they present very well and the choice of the photographers are great but the exhibition is very small.

Exhibition rooms very well organised and illuminated. Photograps are the majority of the exhibits, but there are also some short movies. Apart from the photo department, there are around 4 rooms with other art. Very interesting is the photo exhibition about what people eat throughout...More
