This stadium is the home of Feyenoord. It also houses a museum which shows the rich history of the first club in the Netherlands that won the European Champions Cup (now Champions League) and the World Cup. Besides videos you will come across one of the first soccer shoes, balls, etc.

Feijenoord Stadium, colloquially called "De Kuip" (the tub), is of course a famous landmark in its own and is an indelible part of Rotterdam. It is a listed building. But it is not only a football temple, but it is possible to visit the stadium as a tourist. Tours are organized to visit the innards of the stadium, including the... More

I want to the aRENa first when I moved to NL, then went to De Kuip the next week. The place is gorgeous and historical, and the atmosphere is the most wonderful in sports. The place and the fans earned my fandom as much as Feyenoord itself did.

I had an excellent lunch in this cafe besides the number one Rotterdam football club Feijenoord. I made a choice for the special hamburger. Perfect. Good service.

This is a very big stadium. I assume that it is for soccer or non-American football. It looks like a nice and modern stadium.

Although it's been tarted up the stadium retains a traditional ambience even though the night I was there there were official restrictions on the attendance level. Rotterdam is a real football city and Feyernoord an iconic club with a very committed fan base. So the atmosphere was raucous and vibrant. Sight lines were pretty good in the steeply banked stand.... Came here to watch Feyenoord and Excelsior. Having only watched football matches in England, It was a great surprise to see the difference in stadium designs, for the better. everybody was friendly, lots of seating areas before the match, along with great food and bar service

It is old, it is history. Great atmosphere, at least when the Dutch National team plays, well organized save the traffic wich is a mess after the match.
