This is the worst science senter I have visited. If you have been to the senters in Trondheim, Copenhagen or London this one will make you cry.

This science centre is located beyond the old centre of Delft and represents the combination of some scientific museum and playground for children and adults but on the science basis. Here, there are the interesting machines and devices to experiment with, in some fields of...More

The idea of the museum is good, the implementation could be better and more friendly for the non-Dutch visitors.

This place has a lot to do, but you will enjoy it more if you have company. It is like a playground for children and adults. It has many interactive stuff, but almost everything is in Dutch. In any case, it worths the visit. If...More

A Lot of the films are a bit soft in volume, making them hard to understand as there is a lot of back ground noise if the museum is busy. The exhibitions them selfs are a bit laking in the learning department. Its needs more...More

You should try our the things exhibited yourself. In this sense not a museum where you not allowed to touch. Here you are challenged to touch and try things. And experience the exhibition.

Some interesting exhibits including hands on action for operating plane wings but little could be understood as virtually nothing found in English. A bit of a 'hotchpotch' of rooms neatly presented but some rooms were 'work in progress' or closed.

You can try a flight simulator, drive a virtual car, put on a little train, simulate a earthquake... A lot of things to try, to understand how it works. Just a shame almost all explanations are only in Dutch.

Maybe it is because it caters to older children. I had the feeling that all the great exhibits were not explained well enough for a small kid to get all the important info out of it. We visited with kids of 12-8-4. The museum is...More
