In the middle of the Market you will find the new Church in Delft. This church dates back to 1300 and is famous for the tomb of William the silent and Royal crypt where most members of the Dutch Royal family are buried. In the Church is a scale model of the crypt. You can also climb the Tower of the Church and once at the top you can enjoy a wonderful view of Delft and the surrounding area.

contributes too much to the old century feeling of this nice town. It stands out in the main square and can be seen from most parts as a reference point to navigate to the hearth core of town.

If you appreciate history this is a very nice place to be. A interactive tour through the history of the country is available. You can buy the combo ticket and visit both old and new churches since they are very close to each other.

The tomb of William Orange and the crypt of the Dutch Royal family make this a must. It is actually several hundred years old but younger than the Old Church! Attended the Christmas Day service which was lovely.
