Whilst a little windy, this beach is great for spending time with small children. At low tide, the beach is filled with small shallow lagoons ideal for the youngest to play.

The golden sanded beach stretches as far as you can see lovely for a walk on windy autumn day but would think it is very crowded during the summer!!

This beach is called 'Breezand", signifying the width of the beach. Lots of space, and of sand of course, between the double row dunes and the sea. The beach eases gently into the sea allowing small children to experience the surf (under supervision!). There are...More

What a charming village this was to visit with its massive Grote Kerk that dates back to 1348. Walking through the village and just absorbing the atmosphere was wonderful...the shops and homes...the marina as well as the windmill.

Although posting in the Beach reviews there seems no way to simply recommend a walk in around Veere town. This is a delightful place to wander and take in historic and spectacular buildings like the old city hall, massive church and the charming residences and...More

Visited with some friends and was amazed by the cycle paths, the vast beaches with not too many people. Daughter took windsurflessons on Veerse Meer with excellent teachers. Best I've ever seen !!!
