Well organised and thought out attraction. It explains Utrecht and its history well and makes you see Utrecht differently afterwards and understand it better. Great guides and super friendly! Very much recommended.

This place is under the Dom Tower. Very interesting and would have been a lot better if the listening devices worked better, had a hard time getting them to connect to the each device. But still worth it to see.

Our guide was excellent and really informative. The experience is very different from anything that I have ever seen, but I think there was not much to the exhibition itself but rather to the way that they present it.

A lot of history there but you visit only a small part of the ruins. The tour guide was really knowledgeable and interesting to listen. Wish there was more ruins to see. We were disappointed and craved for more.

After visiting the Dom, I planned to visit this attraction. The steps to go down were cordoned off and there was no one to ask about its opening hours. I hope it opens before I leave Utrecht for my next destination.

Being Greek, the archaeological part is not really important but the whole presentation concept is fascinating. Very good and educational effort/

By far one of the coolest exhibits I've been to anywhere! When I told my husband what we did he was so jealous--definitely wants me to take him back next time we visit. It seems like the operation is run almost entirely by volunteers, such...More

DOMunder tells you about the 2000 year history of the city of Utrecht and Dom square in particular. Maybe the movie they show could be a little less bombastic, but the guides are enthousiast and give a good insight in the history of the square....More

This place is fabulous. Great intro by guides (Dutch/English), followed by multimedia presentation and then they let you loose on the ruins. Armed with a torch and audio headset, you point at a find in the dig and the headset tells you what it is....More

Probably more suited to children with the use of "torches" to find the information points hidden in the Roman rubble

Dear Leander, Thanks for your inquiry. As DOMunder is a populair attraction and there is a limited capacity, it's very tough to get a ticket on the day itself, especially on a Saturday. Therefore, if you don't want to... More
