It's a different experience, you will see a lot flowers that as a whole create a very interesting experience and will allow to take some very nice pictures. On the other hand it is a little bit expensive and overcrowded

absolute must see if you are in the area. while the place does get really crowded the walks are breathtaking with all the colorful flowers. the boat-rides were booked sadly, but there was still plenty to see

No, unfortunately they are not open in the winter. They are just open from March till May. Just visit their website for the correct opening period this year. Just type Keukenhof on your search engine.
