Excellent place to visit, helpful staff, multi language audio guide. Well laid out and very interesting, only surprising things was that it was so quiet. Much better displays than The RNLI museum in Falmouth, UK

Very interesting Museum. There is a lot to do for the kids. They won't get bored. You can sail in the harboour of Den Helder with an old Rescueboat. Check the website for departure times before you plan your trip.

Wonderful museum that gives the visitor insight in the history of life saving at sea. You can see and touch the life saving equipment and realize how much has changed over the years. Great for adults and children!

Nice to have the town of Den Helder remembering these amazing,heroic man. The bells ring on a regular time frame. Nice brick work and statues on the bell tower.
