All of the traditional Amsterdam canal houses are pretty to look at, but this one stands out because of the 6 heads that adorn the facade. I imagine that the best place to view the house from is on a canal boat trip; we were on the opposite side of the canal and it was too far to be able... More

One of the best building I was during my Canal Tour. Houses in Amsterdam are always artistically great and well made, and the House with Heads is a perfect example.

You can see it from the canal. Very interesting architecture. If you don't go on a canal tour, try to take photos from the other side of the canal.

The House with the Heads - or Huis met de Hoofden (go on, say it out loud and use your Swedish chef accent). The museum inside was closed (that's the 1% of Amsterdam closed on Easter Sunday), but the building itsellf was amazing.

A very interesting building best viewed on a canal tour, be sure to take photos - as the boats do not stop for very long……..House of Heads is number 123 Keizersgracht. One thing to be sure of when in Amsterdam is to stand still and have a good look around you – you will be surprised what you could of... More

You will be able to view this attraction best by boat/canal tour. Good photo opportunities from boat. Unique architecture and very interest designs. This attraction is what makes Amsterdam such a unique place of history and to visit. A must see on the canal tour.

In my opinion this is one of the most beautiful buildings in Amsterdam, and there's so many to choose from.

We saw this amazing building on our canal tour cruise. House no. 123 on the Keizersgracht Canal, with heads of 6 Roman Gods and Godesses sticking out of the gable. Take lots of photos..

This building has some of the most beautiful architecture in the whole on Amsterdam with numerous facial sculptures located all around the building. It should not be ignored or walked passed as it does hold a captivating beauty and is a sight that should be appreciated!
