Second time I eat their gouda cheese and love it. It has a really nice nutty taste and doesn’t smell too strong like other gouda cheeses i have tried before.

We called into Henri Wiilig to sit through a perfunctory description of the cheese making process which took less than 10 minutes then we were ushered straight into the farm shop. If the description was ordinary, the cheeses certainly were not. We tasted and like...More

Called in ad hoc while we were passing the shop. The lady who ran the tasting ( sorry can't remember her name) was really good, made everyone very welcome and very amusing. Good selection of cheeses and drinks . Well worth a visit .

I have been going back to this brand over years coming to Amsterdam. This is a chain with number of stores around the city centre. Always offers a good variety of delicious cheese. I love it

Amsterdam’s buzzing hub, with its sprawling network of
tram rails and a seemingly constant flow of tourists
and commuters, yields convenient access to some of the
best sightseeing, shopping, and street life in Europe.
Closest at hand are the Royal Palace, the quaint shops
of Haalremmerdijk, the pedestrianized zones
Kalverstraat and Dam Square with popular neighborhoods
such as the Red Light District, and the Canal Ring
