Gaasperplas is what you call a real park, next to the Gaasper lake, its big, green and clean. A nice park to take a walk, run and even cycle though it.

What a pleasant surprise so near my hotel. Walking trails along canals and a lake. I saw many species of birds.

This park has a lot of small fields, and secluded areas with shoreline access. There are a lot of cool places to sit, and many small bridges over streams which run through the park.
