Have visited a few brewery's and enjoyed the tour. Go earlier in the day before 12pm as it is less busy. Was sunny when we visited and the outdoor area at the end was lovely

Expensive. doesn't worth the money. we bought our tickets in advance and the lines were very long ( 30 min ) and very busy. About 1.5 hour visit.

Who couldn't have fun drinking beer in a beautiful place? Still, there were more 20 somethings than oldsters like us. Ok to skip if you can't fit it in. Have a cold Heineken overlooking a canal instead.

You can buy tickets too at the Entrance, we have been last year around August too and it wasn't too crowded (compared to Van Gogh Museum or Anne Frank) we waited around 15 minutes. They take cash and the usual credit cards... More

The boat tour starts outside (directly across from) the Heineken experience and takes you to the A'dam tower, which is around 40mins away. There's a free ferry across from the A'dam tower to Amsterdam Centraal train station... More
