Very busy but great atmosphere

Stayed in the hotel next door so popped in here for a 'takeaway' which was good quality. The lighting inside is neon and looks fantastic! However it was busy all day/night so we... read more

I found this place on the net before we travelled to Amsterdam. Was looking forward to trying it. Thought it was in a great location and loads on the menu. Could smoke outside and in. Not tobacco inside cos of the smoking laws. Found the staff to me friendly and safe. They check your bags on entrance. The drinks where... More

Have been to Smokey’s a few times over the years. It’s in a good area and have always found to the staff to be friendly. It can get very busy but is a nice place to chill out when it’s a bit quieter. The square has many food and drink options as well.

Probably the weirdest place I've been to. Expensive and the weirdest atmosphere. The loud music is very uncomfortable making you not want to stay longer than one drink/smoke. You can tell that it is a place expecting to have lots of tourists who are maybe a little unsure of going to a nicer coffeeshop. There are much better coffeeshops around.

Be very aware if you are to purchase anything at this premises. I went to buy a pipe and some hash here last week and I gave a 50 euro note. The cost was 15 euro and I was told this before handing my money. I was given 10 euro in change and when I asked for the full amount... More

Handy considering it's so close to our hotel, good for late at night if you don't fancy walking too far. Weed quite expensive especially considering what it is, not great quality didn't do a thing. A shame when there are better and cheaper coffee shops elsewhere but perhaps a good one if not experienced with weed.

This is by far one off the coffeeshop u stay clear from. Its a tourist trap with basic weeds. Its expensive and minium purchase is a 2g draw! There's plenty off better coffeeshop and better weed for less. Don't waste ur money here tbh, barneys lounge is round the corner!

Relaxed coffee shop to have a drink n a smoke...music not so loud that u can't have a conversation. Located in a convenient area with some other pubs n restaurants close by.

Smokey Coffeshop is located on the biggest square in Amsterdam – the Rembrandtsquare, so you can't just miss it. When you walk in you will find a very friendly atmosphere. It's a good place to relax, play same games, and smoke. You can stay as long as you want. The staff is very friendly.
