Everything about this experience was a waste of time. The link to make reservations is basically hidden in pages and pages of information on their website. We finally figured that out, and arrived for our appointment only to find a stiflingly hot tiny basement with...More

Went here with two friends and loved it! A very unique experience and found a new interest in the art of UV lights. Also very nice to see an owner who was so passionate and knowledgable of his museum. Would definitely recommend!

I heard about this museum when reading up on Amsterdam. I was immediately intrigued and eager to visit, but was slightly off-put by some of the TripAdvisor reviews and the tone of the owners replies. However, I am so glad I went. I originally was...More

I was really curious about this place! I read the schedule before and was aware of the fact that it is not so easy to plan. Nevertheless, we decided to go there on Saturday. I was calling them the whole morning to book the visit...More

On the website and on TRIP ADVISOR it is clearly written that the museum is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. I wrote you back to tell you that you can only make appointments ONLINE at the appointment website I sent a link to you for. Not only...More

Next time you should Open Your Eyes when you read my website - it clearly states in plain English on the homepage of my website that the museum is open 14:00- 18:00 Wednesday-Saturday, and that the museum is "By Appointment Only." You should have also...More

I really enjoyed it. Got some good pictures. It's in a basement. But was there about 1 1/2 hrs. They guy was very knowledgeable and willing to talk if you're willing to listen. Loved it. Worth the few euros.

We decided we wanted to visit something off the beaten path - museum was located in a residential area, be sure to make an appointment. The women who greeted us was oddly specific over socks and shoes, how many people could sit on the pillow,...More

Not only do I totally resent the prejudice attitude of your entire criticism of my Museum, but I also totally resent you calling me a "Relic." I have been an Artist for 60 years = most likely twice the time you have been alive. Typical...More

The only museum of its kind in the world dealing with fluorescent art. Large collections of phosphoric minerals from various parts of the world. Definitely unusual even for the Amsterdam landscape. Starting May'17 requires an appointment in advance.

One of Amsterdam’s most preferred outdoor markets and
some of the city’s favorite watering holes are but two
of the many reasons to save ample time for a stroll
through this especially convivial warren of narrow
streets with its unfair share of quirky shops and
quality galleries. Historically a haven for the
working class and emigrants, these days the Jordaan is
better known as an enclave for artists and designers.

I didn't make an appointment. But they did say during busy time, it's best to make an appointment. Try electric-lady-land. Put com at the end.
