Situated on the Vrijthof Square near the shopping areas and lots of restaurants. Nice enough theatre that compliments the attractive square.

This theatre is located at the Maastricht 'Vrijthof' square. It could not be located more centrally than this. Great building with character.

This is not an opera theatre as we know it but an exhilarating open air lifetime experience. The atmosphere there can indeed not be obtained in a building. One word, superb!

Super theatre - quite big and nice-furnished with some shows in English (perfect for students etc). Really reccommend! The prices are not very high (sometimes around 20e)

We have only been here during the Andre Rieu concert season, when his son Marc exhibits his paintings and the members of the orchestra congregate before the concerts, so have not been able to look round too much.

Went there for the First European Presidential Debate and was very happy it took place there. Comfy seats and splendid look from both outside and inside. It was great an event of that matter was being held in this theater.
