Nice tank at the entrance by the road Also interesting equipment by the entrance in the back. But after that it just looks like massive counts of of uniforms, weapons and other paraphernalia. But it gets redundant and boring (needs more story telling, interactive presentations,...More

One of the best museums that I have visited, originally the Hartenstein Hotel, location of the Division headquarters during the battle. The displays are well presented and very interesting, especially to all paratroopers.

This is a private collection held in a large house. There is a lot on display but it is very cluttered and poorly organised. Very little explanation for the items and we were followed around by a strange man who didn’t introduce himself (I think...More

Visited on the way to Amsterdam. Small museum, but with the stop. Very helpful guide & staff. Lots of alternative items to view & a lot packed into a small space. Definitely worth the detour.

It's a little rusty but there is loads to see. Collections are extensive, and the diaramas are well done. Staff are friendly and very helpful.

I visited this museum whilst looking for the Airborne Experience museum at Arnhem. My first impressions were not great, it initially looked like a second rate back street collection of bric a brac, notwithstanding the complete aircraft exhibit outside the entrance. On entering the building...More

Unbelievable museum. Lots of history, real exhibits with materiel used in the Battle of Arnhem. Well laid out, good mix of reading things, watching videos and first hand accounts. Very excellent.
