This exhibition is informative and helps us know more about the Nazi occupation in Friesland. It is a gloomy part of history but it is a must see. We need to be reminded of this, never to have this type of history repeated. Be more...More

Lovely museum to find out about the Fries Resistance and Frisians.It was very peaceful. There was an open-air concert outside, just in front of the museum and you heard nothing inside. Friendly staff.

While it's true there could be great depth to the resistance museum it does give a good insight to life under the German invasion. Some harrowing stories as you'd expect of course but overall very good.

In fact, I had expected so many things about this museum, but unfortunately even it is a well organized museum, it just gives a superficial view on Dutch resistance against Nazi Germany. For instance huge strikes and their role against discrimination and sending concentration camps...More
