We took a walking tour along with Limmat river which flows through the centre of city... It is amazing exp with cool breeze flowing all the time...

It's hard to imagine going to Zurich without experiencing the beauty of the Limmat first hand. Not sure how you can miss this. It's excellent walking with superb views.

The best thing you could do is to walk in Zurich to feel the place. Just take out 4-6 hours of time from your schedule and leave all your stuff back at hotel or station or airport and with free mind and soul just walk...More

It is just another river through a city. In fact she even contains water and bridges crossing her. Nice in spring/summer.
