Swiss handicraft

Large variety of Swiss handicraft. Very friendly and helpful service, which is not always the case in Zurich.

Wide selection of typical Swiss handicrafts located right along the river in downtown Zurich. Practical and whimsical items are available. Closed on Sundays. There is also a location at the airport in case you forget anything.

This is the place I always visit to buy presents for the friends abroad. Local handicraft with our SWISS design.

Authentic articles offered there. You can go through it for no more than half an hour and buy presents. Some of the articles are quite expensive, but the quality is high.

The stores versatile and the collection is very wide. A great price range for bringing home presents. A must visit store when in Zurich!

This store is a culmination of quality Swiss handiwork but of exceptional quality AND price. I would have loved to purchase quite a few things.

Near one corner of the Rudolf-Brun Brucke Bridge, on the Limmat River, sits Schweizer Heimatwerk (Swiss Craft Center), the name on the store. Inside this pale yellow building with the painting of a man rowing a boat, is a store filled with a variety handcrafted goods. There's clothing, children's toys, Swiss folk crafts, artsy decor items for the home and... More

When I have travelled to places, I have been often been charmed by the idea of purchasing something that is unique to a place. Sometimes such purchases translate well, other times, not. So if you must have a cow bell, this is the place to go for one of quality in a range of sizes. How about a cuckoo clock?... More

A charming little store full of Swiss craft, a bit pricey but as Swiss as you can get. Very easy to get to being located near one of the main bridges crossing the river, easy walk.

We bought a few items from this place as souvenirs. This was our attempt to remember Zurich by. The place is big and we enjoyed a lot.
