We took a round trip from Lausanne to Chillon and back, for 100 CHF / 2 persons, around 3 hours altogether, 3-6 PM. Several stopovers, Montreux, Vevey etc. The weather was perfect, and the experience is unforgettable. Strongly recommended.

We lucked out with the weather. Absolutely beautiful day. Suggest returning on the train via Montreaux, itself worth a visit.

Took the ferry to Evian France. Used the hotel transportation card that provided free boat transportation. There is a casino here if you like to gamble. The different statues and creatures made out of driftwood are really unique and fun to see all around town....More
