Nice cathedral sitting tall on the vertical city of Lausanne, Canton of Vaud. Renovation going on inside. There is guided tour for a fee. Also there is a nominal fee to climb to the top of the bell tower which provides sweeping panoramic view of...More

The view of Lausanne from the top of the cathedral is beautiful, and the view you can see from the terrace in front of the cathedral is also very nice. The cathedral itself has very intricate carvings and statues at the entrance which are definitely...More

The cathedral is lovely. It is interesting to see the difference in atmosphere between a cathedral that is Catholic and one that was "reformed". (I am not Christian.) It has a different atmosphere when the statues are removed, and is interesting to me to feel...More

If you've visited lots of churches recently, then this one is nothing special. If not, make sure you visit it. It's located above the hill. So put the building aside, you can enjoy the panaromic views of lausanne.

Located in the old town, nice walk around and if you are lucky, you might end up listening a gospel or classic music concert over there..

An impressive cathedral, definitely worth checking this out. The stained glass windows inside were breathtaking.

Very imposing structure, the cathedral spires are visible from a distance. Inside are stained glass windows and paintings of the scripture on the walls. A solemn place of worship steeped in history.
