This is not your classic art museum but rather a fringe exhibition which is thought provoking and moving. It is a personal journey for each person whose work is exhibited and we found it fascinating. It is a very powerful form of expression. Do not...More

A very interesting exhibition of the works of the people who never planned to be an artist. The stories... tragic, crazy, magical... Plus professional preparation of the exhibition.

...then visit this one. The art presented there is unique, fascinating and most of all touching. Pro tip: Take the trolleybus from the train station and, after your visit, walk back (mostly downhill) through the pedestrian streets of the city centre.

Very diversified display, unusual pieces of art, high quality and above all, amazing personal stories. Not a very big place but of high intensity. A must experience!

If you are visiting or living in Lausanne, take your chance to visit this uncommon museum located not far from the city center (by bus). It features a collection of art pieces from unconventional artists not following any artistic movement.

You can not come to Lausanne without visiting it. Rare and Fabulous Collection. The Art Brut gives voice to artists who are/were self-taught and very often deprived of liberty (psychiatric hospitals) You will feelchanged after seing it

I absolutely loved this art collection! It was interesting to read the stories of the artists alongside their work. If you enjoy art, modern art or psychology, don't miss this!
