Having already visited Mt Titlis and Jungfrau, we weren't sure we wanted to go to another peak on our Switzerland trip. But thank god, we did ! Gornergrat turned out to offer the most breathtaking views of the snow capped mountains and the infinite glaciers....More

Very good views at the top of mountain as weather was good. There was no snow as we visited this place in Summer (July 2017). No need to book tickets in advance, there was not much of rush and train leaves every hour.

The most amazing place I have ever been. I wish I could go back again and again. It was stunningly beautiful.

Great trip up. Great views at the top. Great food too! Try to go up on a sunny day and get a table outside for lunch. You won't regret the experience! I can be crowded though!

the view from the top is just breath-taking; you can either walk up or down (in winter: parts of) the way between Zermatt and Gornergrat, or you just take the train up&down again
