We've been coming to the Engadine for many years, and it is simply fabulous. 10000km of mountain paths and trails, great views, wonderful mountains, excellent facilities, extensive network of public transport. The beauty of the houses, especially the older ones, with the s-grafitto and endless...More

Engadin is a cascade of colours and a waterfall of emotions. St. Moritz, which is in the Upper Engadine, at an elevation of 1,856 m, boasts plenty of sunny days. It was exactly this sun that was legally protected as the emblem of St. Moritz...More

St Moritz and the surrounding area is very scenic. The mountains and lakes are lovely. Skiing is quite limited if you are used to hundreds of kilometres of linked piste. However the whole area is full of history (English mainly) and very interesting.

Was in the Engadine region for 3 days. Anywhere you go be it the St Moritz Lake, the mountains, or the villages the scenery is breathtaking. You can sit for hours and days admiring the beauty of this region. A region not to be missed...More

Arrived in St Moritz on the vastly overated Glacier express and picked up from station by our Hotel Hauser. The accommodation was excellent but an evening walk around the centre made me feel the place was only for the rich. The second day changed my...More
