a very historic and romantic area / setting. Chur is the oldest town in Switzerland. Enjoy this old town area and its very nice atmosphere. Find also a nice little restaurants around A Must - do visit when in town

very quiet and little open on a sunday but pleasant on a good day places of interest not displayed and restaurants close early on sunday

In the old town between the uppergate, charming old houses, very quite and romantic roads, terraces and cafés; the atmosphere is very nice.

Wandering around, we came across Obere Gasse in Chur old town. Well worth a meander if you are in town.

Just a short distance from the rail station lies the older part of Chur with its narrow flag festooned streets. Several nice looking eating houses and bars. Window shopping seemed a local pastime in the evenings. We very much enjoyed our brief stay.

Here you can visit all day long those nice little shops and cafes. Close to museums and churches and the cathedral, which is just very old and interesting.

Cute little pedestrian street in the Old Town of Chur. It is cobblestone & the buildings are typical of Alstadt buildings all over Switzerland. Nice little shops. When we were there we ate at Da Mama ---- a nice little cafe & restaurant with limited...More

The Old Town is beautiful and clean with interesting architecture. There were a number of small and interesting shops that were not big name franchises.

Collection of a variety of stores and in a pedestrian friendly zone - spend some time wandering around here and taking in the history.
