We always visit the Alpiglen restaurant when hiking or sailing in this area. The food is fantastic. The staff is polite and service is very efficient. If you are lucky enough to be in this area, have lunch at this wonderful inn.

Where a lot of the Eiger climbs are started from. There is nothing here really except the railway (request stop) but, if descending from Kleine Scheidegg, this is a lovely pleasant walk back to Grindelwald with lovely views.
