Maybe this museum is more for children than for adults, but still, the collection of animals, minerals, the astronomy section, and the rest of activities are good, very good in fact. Very interactive, free entrance, good shop, and nice staff.

Ok this is nowhere near in the league of London's Natural History Museum but such a small City like Geneva I think it pulls its weight decently. A great day out for children in particular.

Nice place to pass the time with the children. Worth it because the children can learn things that are interestring for them.

The museum was on of the most beautiful of Natural History I have ever seen. The animals are shown in its natural habitat. You can even see a living two headed turtle inside! A big downside is that everything is written only in French...but still it is worth looking at the exhibitions.

Highly recommended to children, educative and fun. AAlso the museum is free. When raining outside, this the place for a family.

I wasn't overjoyed at this museum, if you compare it to the National History museum in London.... It has nothing on that. However, it was an enjoyable visit for the children I work with.

Loved the place. It had all the species made into life like. It is a must if your visiting with children. Even without the kids, it will bring out the child in you. You can take pictures with the animals in creative ways. Overall a joyful experience.

After reading the other reviews, I was expecting to find a dark museum full of dusty old displays. It couldn't be further from the truth! The museum is beautifully put together with an extensive collection of animals and minerals on display from all over the world. You will tire of looking at things before you run out of things to... Basically a museum of stuffed animals. Super for taxidermy enthusiasts and perhaps young children, otherwise not really worth seeking out. Janus the two headed tortoise lives here in atrocious conditions in an entirely unsuitable enclosure, and was hidden from view during my visit. All the signs are in French, which is a shame for non-French speakers/readers. The vintage posters on... More
