Access to the cathedral is free. If you want to go up the towers to get the best views of Geneva then it's 5 CHF or free if you have the Geneva Pass. This is one of the best towers I've visited as access up...More

We checked out the church, which has some amazing period carved choir seats. Each one has a different intricate carving as a seat support. Also try to spot the two duck billed dragon carvings. You can also climb the tower for 5 chf extra. We...More

Wow wow wow. Favorite bit was down stairs in the crypt. History history and more history. Some people may find it boring to listen to the tour radio but they r worth it. So much to listen to. So much to see.

This church is in Old Town Geneva. The inside is more beautiful than the outside. You can take a tour to the top and have a view of the city. The town around the church is just as amazing, take the time to stroll the...More

The Protestant answer to the Vatican, this Cathédrale sure reflects the austere, no-frills nature of its most famous member: John Calvin. It is an impressive building in design and scope, but very scaled down to its bare stone pillars and walls, a study in contrast...More

The style of the church is Gothic in that there aren't many art pieces to look at. It is a cool place to see though for sure because of its historical significance, even if you just drop in for a couple minutes. It's a nice...More

Hi Sophie, The cathedral is not that big so you don’t need any guides or maps. For going up you need to pay inside and yes There is always someone to help.
