The trip out is well worth it - a wonderful place full of light and of course Klee's artworks. The walk around the fields was lovely too, as was the "sound of the earth" project in the grounds.

Lorenzo Piano design for this museum is one of his simpler ones, yet the result is a gorgeous building with a beautiful exhibition hall with enough space for an uncrowded display of many of Klee’s major and minor works. The artwork is accompanied by informative...More

The building is more interesting and functional, than pretty, for sure. It is sort of melting into the landscape and have a rolling form, just like some of Klee’s lines. Very unusual and worth seeing, if you are into architecture. The sculpture park is wonderful...More
