I just went to the Paul Klee Center. You can take bus 12 all the way from the train station. It is uphill at the end so the bus is a good idea. The three buildings are interesting. The middle building houses the museum. There...More

The architecture of the center is very beautiful, but the collection of Paul Klee is quite disappointing. Very few works of Klee are on display in a small room and most of them are drawings

It's a short hop from the old town by the number 12 bus, which stops outside. The building was designed by Renzo Piano, with a beautiful wavy structure. There were two exhibitions on when we visited and our tickets gave us access to the Kunstmuseum...More

The Paul Klee museum is an interesting place - not only for its art collection but as well for the architecture of the building integrated in the landscape.

- you only see a very limited selection based on a theme, that changes a couple of times during a year. We really missed a section with a permanent presentation of highlights. The museum welcomes and has specific offers for children.

We particularly enjoyed a wonderful concert with cellist Nicolas Altstaedt and pianist Faisal Say. Good acoustics in the concert hall.

Wasn't sure what to expect from this, but was delighted, especially by the "angle" paintings, loved other works too. Set in a parkland setting. Sculpture park nearby, don't miss it

I took the number 12 bus there, which was a nice ride, but the high price for the museum and the audioguide was not worth it. Unless you love Klee and want to see his grave, I would recommend you rather go to the Kunstmuseum,...More

I was really looking forward to visiting this art gallery. Having admired many of Paul Klee's artworks at other galleries, the prospect of one gallery dedicated to this surrealist artist was something to relish. The building itself is a piece of art in itself. There...More

When I came to visit there was an exhibition that was centered around the theme of Trees. All the art on the upper level was by different artists and downstairs contained the art of Paul Klee. They also have a children's center where they do...More

Go to Zytglogge(2-3 min. from your hotel) where Marktgasse ends and Kramgasse begins. This is the main street in Bern's old town running parallel to the river. Take Bus no 12, the direction is 'Paul Klee Museum', and the... More
