It is a beautiful thing to watch if you are walking around the old city, it doesn't take too much time, especially if you can get to see it on the full hour, is worth the few minutes.

Nothing special but a typical clock tower in Europe. Manage your expectation, it's nothing comparable with the Prague one.

Ancient clock tower is exquisite to look at. It is located on the main thoroughfare through the old city. A very beautiful display of Swiss workmanshhip, the clock is a must see!

it's not particularly a must-go, but if you roam around and walk by, then feel free to take a photo and maybe wait for the 'show' at every hour.

Great monument situated in the heart of Bern, considered on of the most beautiful watch in the world, it's also a great place to take pictures of the old part of the town.

This is a great historic clock tower and, uniquely, offers great views from two sides. It's especially scenic at night.

You dont have to make time to go visit this. When you walking along the streets of Bern you would be able to see the clock tower and make a quick stop. Its a good old landmark monument.

One of its most famous sites, the square around the tower gets quite crowded as the 'hour' gets near. One needs to look up to see the anvils strike the bell and the rotating figures which appear a few minutes before the hour.

Apparently 3pm is the magic hour for this clock to perform. It's beautitful but it doesn't put on a big show like I expected. The town square is cobbled and old with cafes everywhere and trams running right through the middle of it. There are...More
