We've been home for almost a month now, and I still think that our time at Tili Vini was one of the top highlights of our time in Italy. We loved the tour and seeing where the magic all happens. The tasting was out of this world. Not only were we introduced to some amazing wines, but we also had delicious homemade pesto, fresh tomatoes, and some other mouthwatering toppings on bread and a meat and cheese plate. It was all so good! The cherry on top though was the company of Maria. She made us feel right at home, and she has such an infectious joy--we smiled and laughed so much! I don't know when we will be able to get back to Italy, but I promise Tili Vini will be on the itinerary again!

I had scheduled a Truffle Hunt and Umbrian Lunch for 6 . . . Visit was fantastic! Watching dogs hunt/find truffles was an experience and the lunch afterwards with wine tasting superb! Highly recommend this winery - Maria and Annalaura , her daughter, along with their entire winery staff were gracious and friendly hosts - I can't wait for my next visit!

This was one of the highlights of our two week trip to Italy. I read about their truffle hunt and food/wine pairing and we were so glad we went. The winery owners are wonderful! The daughter took us out on the hunt and the mother was the chef when we returned. The dogs were so cute and the truffle hunt was interesting. The winery is on top of a mountain overlooking Assisi. The four course food and wine pairing was delicious. A wonderful not-to-be missed experience. We took home their olive oil as well as their wine. Thank you!

We did the truffle hunt with wine pairing lunch at Tili Vini and it was the highlight experience of our trip! Watching the dogs at work hunting the truffles was interesting and fun. They also did a bit of training with the puppy. The lunch and wine pairing that followed was outstanding, all prepared by the family, and served in their tasting room with beautiful views overlooking Assisi. We felt like special guests. Highly recommend this experience and their wine.

We had a great few hours at Tili; Julia was telling us about the history of the winery, the grapes grown, the techniques and much much more, and showing us around the facilities. We got to taste their wonderful wines accompanied by delicious antipasto. The owner of the winery joined us and made the tasting very entertaining; she was so much fun. Very nice organic wines, lovely experience.

We have enjoyed Tili wines for over 25 years, and were very happy to do a cooking class and wine tasting at their "21" venue. 9 of us learned how to make pasta, eggplant parmigiana, biscotti and meatballs. once the class was finished, we ate the fruits of our labors on the patio at Tili accompanied by their amazing organic wines. Maria and her daughter Annalaura were such great hosts, and we thoroughly enjoyed the time spent at Tili Vini. Thank you Maria, Pietro, Annnalaura and Marco for an unforgettable day.

I recommend it to every wine lover... Even though I mixed up the tasting dates, they at Tili Vini immediately adapted and had friendly answers to all our questions. They took time for us. The wines are excellent, I think I found a new favorite... David

This is a small, family-based vineyard / winery. The 2-hour "winemaker for a day" experience was our first port of call, at the public-facing venue. This was a well-kept property with gorgeous views, and involved some interesting information about the grapes and processes involved in making the wines (five different ones I think). Some lovely antipasti were also included, and the atmosphere was generally friendly, uncomplicated, and unhurried. Exactly what was wanted on a hot summer afternoon. The second portion of the experience was an interesting tour of the production facility, about a mile down the road. Most impressed that we were given such personal attention and it is obvious that our guide was enthused by the wine and wanted to make sure we got our value for money. We bought a couple of bottles which have since survived a flight (I defy you not to take away some of the orange) and they clearly have their sales geared for international tourists as well as locals: olive oil and balsamic vinegar, which are also made on site, are available in carry-on sizes. I've been on wine-tasting tours on other continents and never been disappointed, but this one had a unique flavour of Italian hospitality. We got talking to another couple and as a result our stay was almost half an hour longer than booked - the hosts were completely chilled about this and arranged their work around us. All in all highly recommended, and like all the best wines - unpretentious.
