Hi there, We met Giuseppe at 9:30 in the morning and went on a little walking tour of the market and bakery, then back to his kitchen where the class was and had our lesson. I would say it was about a 3 hour lesson then we had a lunch of what we made in class. We got out about 3: or so. I'm sorry I didn't really watch the clock but I highly recommend it if you are into cooking. It was a great class. Hope that helps.
