We love water,so this place was a haven for us. The clear huge water. It wasn't like a normal beach. We arrived at 10am, so it wasn't too busy. We leave the car beside the restaurant and we pay €5 for the day. You can...More

We travelled here to swim as had been recommended but the sea was too rough however we loved the scenery. Further down the coast there are beaches you can swim at even with rough seas.

The kids were busy for hours exploring the rocks and pools and cave, looking for fish and crabs. A bit further than the castle tower (challenging trip to get there) we found a pool which a huge rock had created for itself by rocking in...More

Absolutely the place to visit. If you are in Livorno, you have to visit it. Enchanting power of the sea, that hits sandy shore of Tuscany, will catch your eye.

We love swimming here. The water is deep and clear. We make time to visit and swim here every time we come to Italy.
