Was expecting more of a wow factor.
Outside seating surrounded by all types of plants. Not the most comfortable environment and felt a bit away from the crowd. Certainly not the sort of cafe you can relax and watch the world go by. Had pastries, coffees and sparkling water. Price was on par with similar set ups but all felt a bit stuck on and a bit drab. Better places exist in Florence.

    4 stars is about right
We were looking to do something a little different during our time in Florence and this ticked all of those boxes. Situated at the back of Piazza della Signoria, we had a short walk having visited the Palazzo Vecchio and the Uffizi Gallery, and there was no need to pre-book the tickets. Really enjoyed the exhibits which have been put together really well apart from the film that was being played in what I would describe as a mini cinema. We thought the film would be a brief history of Gucci but was anything but and just a bit weird. Other than that a decent way to spend an hour or so.

    Highly Recommend!
What a great spot. We really enjoyed the museum and history of the brand as well as seeing all of the wonderful limited edition Gucci Gardens items in the boutique. I bought by first Gucci bag and am so excited because it's a truly unique item that you can only find at this specific store.

Worth a visit if you love fashion and design
Was not on my list to see but my wife wanted to visit. Glad we did as I loved it. What a stunning curated exhibition. If you love design and fashion see this. Only takes about 45 minutes and there is a charge but definitely worth seeing if in Florence

This restaurant is hip, if you like beautiful colors with high quality furniture and beautiful terracotta weapon shields on the wall. This your place, not the typical grey and beige combination which you find in so many “proper places”. The service very professional a bit cold but fast and proper. The wine list, majority Italian (what would you expect) and good selection in each price category. A heavenly 2016 Le pergole torte which would benefit from not being on the list, this is too good to drink young. The food, inventive, surprising, beautifully presented and outstanding. Maybe here and there could use some more salt and spice. Overall for me the best restaurant in Firenze. The tortellini and Taka bun put Pinchiorri to shame.

Bravo.

Very eccentric and artistic installation that left me very dizzy and claustrophobic. This used to be a Gucci Museum which was incredible! Really dissappointed to see the transformation. On the other hand, the Gucci store won the first floor was fantastic. Very unique items that are exclusive to the store and great staff.

I was really surprised how cool is this place . The Gucci garden is very fancy cafe , where you can eat snacks, drink coffee, cocktails. Near the bar has a museum and shop and the Gucci osteria is Michelin stars restaurant. You need for reservation there. For the garden caffe we wait about 1 hour but we go to the museum so it was nice 👍 recommended

Very unique museum unlike any other I’ve ever seen. A must see if you love fashion. The decor of the museum is also great for making (Instagram worthy) photos. The museum is relatively small - in 30 minutes we had seen every room.

This place is a total ripoff. Unlike the description there are no real clothes to see minus a few ugly outfits snd a lot of shoes. You walk into a stairwell of ugly graffiti that looks super amateurish. It doesn’t get better from there. Its so bad I’m thinking of disputing the entry fee with my credit card because its nothing like it was advertised. This was by far the worst attraction in our week in Florence. Its cheap, gimmicky and ugly with no substance, elegance or class. Pure sh*t. Im told you should instead go to the Ferregamo museum. A shame we did not. To be clear there is no form of museum or real history here. Hard pass!

The Gucci Garden is a fun and unique experience. If you are a fashion lover this is the place for you. The museum takes about 30 minutes to walk through so it is perfect if you are looking for a quick place to stop in. The displays are very unique and provide lots of opportunities for cool pictures. Theres also a boutique downstairs if you're looking to shop! Overall the museum was a very cool experience stop in if you have the chance!

I went here with my wife. She likes clothes and girlie things like that. So that’s great.
The best thing about this visit? Well there were two. The first is that the building is in a lovely area, it’s a beautiful classical Italian building with great detailing. The architect and builder should be proud. Secondly it has a funky room full of mirrors, so don’t go commando ladies as there are mirrors on the floor!!
However, the building was stuffed full of awful clothing designs put together by smug designers that don’t live in the real world.
Absolute tosh.

Finally able to find the opportunity to experience the latest manifestation of the Gucci F&B enterprises here in Florence, I’m bound to say I was just a tad underwhelmed…
Yes, the re-vamp of the former coffee shop is beautifully achieved..the jade leather upholstery a fantastic statement…& yet with overload music, wonky spot lighting ..it just seems to miss …

The friendly service is fine, but the presentation of the nibbles not quite up to the mark … the undistinguished olives housed in their marvelous Ginori house service came with cheap mini takeaway quality bamboo spears ..no cocktail forks for the House of Gucci? ( no bowl for the pips either..common guys ) … & ordinary potato chips ..really?
Nary a sign of fabulously- achieved tapas to set what they do apart from the mainstream..how difficult would even just a bowl of fine young crudités be? Accompanied by a clever but simple dipping sauce?

I wasn’t impressed at all outside last year…..but thank goodness inside at least is decent.
What a shame it’s a bit of near miss..

Oh & the single ply paper napkin quite unimpressive.

We liked the drinks well enough & their prices aren’t excessive…but it’s a shame they’ve not aimed just that bit higher with quality & details ..
I would not rush back …

Without a doubt the most stupid place to waste your time when in Florence. Incredible boring attempt to make you pay a fee to see the remainders of farfetched Gucci advertising campaigns. Buying the tickets took us longer than our visit. Go to a real museum, when in this beautiful city!
