My husband and I did a private pasta making class with Manuela while on our honeymoon. It was a magical experience that we will always remember! I actually booked this class as a surprise for my husband, who loves to cook. He had never been to Florence and wanted a local connection to the city and its residents. Manuela certainly... More

My husband, our teen daughter and I took an evening class with Manuela. My daughter said it was the thing that she enjoyed most about our trip to Italy. My husband and I had a great time too. We are foodies and we love to cook. There were 2 other couples with varying levels of cooking experience. Manuela kept us... More

Our experience with Manuela is one that we will never forget. I was recommended by my sister-in-law who with her daughter enjoyed a class with Manuela in February of 2015. My sister-in-law is by her own right a very good cook and pastry chef. For that very reason I had to participate with my wife and our two friends. With... More

Manuela was a great hostess. We made bruschetta, pasta with gorgonzola and walnuts, chicken roll things (i can't remember the italian name!) and tiramisu. All very hands on, had a laugh and got to enjoy delicious food with some wine at the end of it all. Thought it was good as well that she said she would email us the... More

We had an amazing evening with Manuela. Fun, food, cooking, stories, tradition, technique, tools...all coming together in Manuela's kitchen. One of the highlights of our travels in Florence and Tuscany.

A perfect intimate Tuscan cooking class. We had a lot of fun learning from Manuela. She is very knowledgable about the local cuisine and happy to share her experiences and ideas. We did the Classic Italian course which allows you to learn a range of typical Italian dishes. I would definitely recommend this course for anyone wanting to explore Italian... More

We had a great time at Manuela's Cook Eat Italian cooking class. There were only six of us so we all got lots of hands on exoerience. The food was fabulous but also I left feeling that I could ( and will) prepare this meal at home. Manuela's English is very good , she has a great sense of humor,... More

My girlfriend and I recently attended the cooking course with Manuela, and we are so very happy we did. There was only one other couple in attendance (no more than 6 students during a session) which made it a very warm and intimate cooking experience. We felt like we were learning how to cook Italian with a close friend or... More

My husband and I wanted to take a cooking class in Florence, and thanks to Trip Advisor we discovered Cook Eat Italian. Manuela was fantastic - funny, interesting and a good teacher. Who knew that it would be so much fun to make pasta from scratch! We felt like we were visiting a good friend who just happened to teach... More

My wife and I had the best time at Manuela's cooking class! You will lean to cook Italian in her very own kitchen. Where else can you get that experience? The food is fantastic and we learned a lot about traditional Italian cooking. You won't regret booking this class
