Booked 3 people onto the tour which was over €60 and which covered blue line and red line and which took over 2 hours and additional 1 hour. I think the tours should be shortened or you should be offered option of booking one or...More

There are 2 main lines which operate. Line A (blue) and Line B (red). Line A is faster and takes approx 1 hour to complete which focussed on the city centre attractions. Line B takes approx 2 hours to complete and takes a more scenic...More

We went on this tour and paid 23 euros each for one day! We were told the first bus (blue line) would take one hour and the red line 2 hours. They only have one bus running on the blue line every hour at each...More

This tour needs to be put into perspective as there are a number of areas the coach cannot obviously visit. However it is reasonably priced and gives you a good overview of the city and its attractions including going up to Fiesole. It is also...More

The buses miss many top attractions I believe this mainly due to the narrow nature of many of the city streets. You shouldn’t right it off though as it does show many destinations that are lesser known but are well worth seeing. You also get...More

A good way to see the city even if its expensive. More music than narration so a little more improvements needed. Route B is not really a hop on hop off as its 2 hours between buses,

We often go to a small village of Tuscany and we always go to Firenze by train. It's the fastest way to get there, and you don't have to worry about parking your car, which is almost impossible in Firenze. Once you are in Santa...More

My wife and I took the last tour of the day which didn't allow us to do the hop on & hop off portions. The route taken gives you some very good sights but not much opportunity to take pictures.

Florence is too small a city for a sightseeing HoHo bus. Yes, the bus does cover outlying suburbs but you can always visit those places by buying transport pass. Book your tickets in advance for Tower climb and David, you will be fine

My wife and I have taken "hop on and hop off' tours in dozens of cities and this was one of the worst. This was expensive (23 euros) for 45 minutes much of which was music, rather than narration. The main blue route does not...More

Santa Maria Novella train station welcomes the
majority of the people arriving in Florence, which
might explain the hectic pace. Commuters and tourists
come across the constant hustle and bustle of the
station before exiting, taking a few steps and
stopping amazed in Piazza di Santa Maria Novella. It
is impossible not to admire the the square, housing
one of the most charming basilicas in Florence. The
