This is the first place we head for when we come to Florence. It's kind of our recentering spot. We sit and take a coffee and people watch or just wander around and revisit the sculptures and watch the street performers. The most iconic square...More

You can't miss Piazza della Signoria if you were to go to Ufuzzi from/to Duomo. What a lovely place...to people-watch; to rest; to admire the statues.....

This Square is next to the Uffizi Gallery and is famous for the collection of statues, the Neptune Fountain, which was under construction and is surrounded by restaurants and museums. It gets very crowded art certain times of the day, so early morning is recommended.

reach the city center, the Florence that everybody
dreams of. In just a few steps, visitors can

No the snorkelling is rubbish due to the high number of statues, loggias and palace buildings getting in the way. The complete lack of water beyond that of the basin of the Fountain of Neptune would also be a problem for... More
